I am recruiting for my client for an Estates Project Manager to join immediately until end of March 2023. This may extend depending on new budgets in the new financial year.
The client is based in Swindon with hybrid working, to start with, a potential 3 days on site, but this is flexible.
The Estates Project Manager role is paying up to GBP250 per day inside IR35.
I am looking for an experienced Estates Project Manager who has worked on multiple small to medium construction projects on a large site.
The Estates Project Manager will be responsible for multiple small & medium construction projects, ensuring the client's requirements are delivered to agreed quality, cost & time parameters.
