This role provides a committed and passionate beauty expert the opportunity to harness that energy and use it to capture the attention of salons and spas.
You'll need to have a consultative approach giving help, support, and advice on a wide range of topics and covering a range of activities from sales, events, demonstrations, and training.
Skills
- Professionally qualified for NVQ 3 in Beauty Therapy. Level 3 or equivalent is required for electrical therapies for both face and body.
- Qualified with solid experience as a therapist within the professional beauty industry
- Experience in managing budgets and achieving key targets set
- Highly organised and motivated with the ability to prioritise effectively
Responsibilities
- Grow revenue and achieved key business targets – along with reaching own targets
- Be the main point of contact for clients communicating with them on a regular basis – maintaining and building relationships
- Work with the Regional Business Development Manager to develop, maintain and improve business relations with existing customers within the allocated region.
- Offer business development support for existing clients through sales, treatment training, and promotional sessions
- Plan, lead, and deliver regional workshops and training sessions
- Ensure detailed records are maintained and any problems addressed accordingly
