Finance Director - Hybrid Working Available

Based in Watford

I am very excited to be retained by this highly successful and growing business based in Watford. The company are seeking a permanent Finance Director to join their outgoing finance team. This is an amazing opportunity for a FC/FD who wants to work closely with the CEO and put their stamp on the role.

This position will be the number 1 role within the team and will monitor and maintain financial strategy and performance. Hybrid working is available, as the company really value work life balance.

This is a highly commercial role with lots of strategic and effective leadership and decision making. Working closely with the CEO this role will suit those with strong relationship building skills.

Key aspects of the role include:

– Identifying risk and performance

– Set targets for all finance staff

– Oversee all audit controls

– Prepare reports on financial performance

– Conduct analysis to make forecasts

– Developing financial strategy

Desired experience:

– Similar experience in a previous role or looking for a step up into a similar role

– ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified

– Strong commericial experience and inquisitiveness

– Analytical mind–set
