Site Manager / Project Manager

Role: Senior Site Manager / Project Manager – ConstructionLocation: StockportLength: 4–6 MonthsWe are looking for an experienced manager who has worked on refurb projects as a number 1. You will be ensuring trades and sub–contractors are delivering on time and to the highest standards. You will also need to have a good understanding of reading drawings and handling the commercial side of things.Working with the main contractor on a 4–6 month contract you will be the number one delivering a mill refurb consisting of 18 luxury apartments and commercial space. You will hold full responsibility for the delivery and commercial aspects of the project reporting into Contracts Director. Responsibilities: Supervise Health and Safety on–site Complete snagging reports Liaise with sub–contractors Supervise of labour on site Delivery co–ordination of materials Attend site meetings Commercial side Reading drawings We are looking for: Experience as a number 1 site or project manager Experience on refurb projects Experience with main contractor Well–developed knowledge of health & safety Experience of leading a team Ability to read drawings CSCS First Aid SMSTS or SSSTS Preferably as a main manager experience Capable to sort out commercial sideTo find out more about this role and any others we are currently working on please apply with your CV and we will be in touch.
