This is a senior management role with a future–proofing focus. You'll be responsible for upgrading the current site; creating change with an eye on growth and innovation.

You'll be tasked with establishing new maintenance strategies to sustain high performance as Angostura continues to develop its rum and bitters offering.

There are hybrid working options available, which would see you travel to the Caribbean every two to three months to carry out equipment audits, support information sharing, and offer up training and development.

With your hands–on bottling and distillery experience to date, you will be able to:

• Make recommendations for design modifications to older equipment where necessary and troubleshoot any issues to increase machine uptime
• Revise maintenance routines to increase reliability, productivity, and availability of equipment
• Identify any training gaps in our maintenance and engineering technicians and bottling line operators
• Review processes in Engineering Stores to ensure a consistent supply of consumables and critical spare parts
• Assisting with the planning and development of improvement initiatives at both bottling and distillery

In your career to date, you'll have had experience with labelers (cold and hot glue); depalletizers; case packers. You'll have perhaps come across equipment such as Krones, Makro Labelling, ABC Packaging, Von Gal, Standard Knapp or Mac Manufacturing.
