Head of Finance – Cambridge (hybrid)
Reed Finance are looking for a Head of Finance to join one of the University of Cambridge Colleges. This is a permanent role based in Cambridge with hybrid working available.
You will report directly to the Assistant Bursar and take full control of day–to–day finances, managing a team of 6.
As Head of Finance your responsibilities will include:
- Manage the finance tam of 6
- Monthly management accounts
- Budgets and forecasts
- Financial reporting
- Annual audit and statutory accounts
- Oversight of payroll and pensions
- Financial controls and systems
We are looking for:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Staff management and leadership experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong financial systems, ERP and Excel skills.
