Talent Management Partner - remote working with travel

A fantastic opportunity to join our client as their Talent Management Partner. This is a new and exciting for role for an experienced Talent Management Partner, to assist in developing and delivering strategies that identify, develop and retain top talent, adding value to their employer brand.

Responsibilities will include:

• Own the delivery of the talent management strategy to drive high performance working with Strategic Business Partners to adapt and deliver across the business to support different needs and requirements
• Support the delivery of strategic workforce planning with key stakeholders
• Participating in the mapping of critical roles and developing robust and flexible approaches to succession planning
• Support the development and own the delivery of development programmes for high performing and high potential talent
• Support the development and delivery of programmes that develop the talent pipelines and bring a diversity of skills and experiences into the business

Experience required:

• CIPDL5 qualified
• Qualification in a relevant subject such as HR, Talent Management Resourcing, Talent Development, Organisational Development and/or significant demonstrable experience of working in these areas
• Demonstrable experience of developing and building talent management strategies, building close relationships and partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure that customer needs are met
• Previous experience of supporting a business through strategic workforce planning and succession planning
• Previous experience in project management; stakeholder management; change management; event management
• Previous experience is the design and delivery of learning interventions
• Experience of budget and financial management
