We are working with a leading Global Asset Manager who are seeking to hire an accomplished and enthusiastic Corporate Accountant to join their successful finance team on an Interim basis for a minimum of 6 months but most likely a long term, ongoing basis within IR35.
Based in stunning Mayfair offices 3 days a week, with 2 days from home, they have an inclusive culture and the opportunity to Business Partner across regional offices.
You must have Financial Services experience to apply and US GAAP Reporting is a strong advantage, though not essential.

- Monthly reporting for various corporate entities within the Group
- Preparation of MI for quarterly board meetings
- Commentary and KPI / trend analysis for local entities
- Preparation of financial statements under US GAAP and local GAAP's (UK and Lux)
- Manage monthly reconciliations for all the above areas including monthly end balance sheet reconciliations to ensure completeness and accuracy of month-end positions
- Ensure robust controls for financial reporting, including compliance with SOX
- Working with internal tax team and external advisers to prepare VAT and Corporation Tax returns
- Ad hoc reporting and analysis
