We are delighted and proud to be working with a high profile employer in Peterborough in recruiting their next Finance Director.
The ideal candidate will be CCAB Qualified and be able to demonstrate outstanding communication, leadership and people management skills. You will have a proven track record of senior stakeholder engagement and will deliver a high performing Finance Business Partner service.
This represents an ideal opportunity for a candidate to make the step from Head of Finance / Financial Controller positions into their first Finance Director position. Candidates from all industry backgrounds will be considered but Charities or Public Sector experience will be viewed as an advantage, as will experience of working with the National Audit Office (NAO). This is a rare opportunity to work for an organisation that values work / life balance for their employees and places a high value on supporting agile and remote working - you will likely attend the office in Peterborough circa 1-2 days per week as a maximum.
