You will ideally based in or commutable to Central London

Remote working supported but must be happy to travel into London

On offer is the opportunity to be a go to contact within the business who have ambitious plans to become the UK market leader within Solar. You will join the Senior Management team and will have clear responsibility to scale up the Operations at speed.

This role would suit someone who has experience with scaling up a company quickly and it would be even more advantageous if you have Solar experience or a passion for renewables strong relevant experience who is really confident in a client facing role and an ambitious individual who wants to take this to the next level.

The Role:
– Scale up the operations team for the Solar company working closely with the founders as well as setting clear objectives and plans to achieve targets
– Overseeing a full project lifecycle from enquiry through to completion and ensuring that customers are at the heart of every decision made
– Hybrid/remote working is supported however you will need to travel to the London office at least 2 days a week

The Person:
– Must have proven experience in scaling up a team / working within a start–up
– You will need to understand P&L with a strong background in management
– The ideal candidate will have Solar experience however other backgrounds will be considered
– Looking to join a company with fantastic potential where you will play a key role
