Looking for a role in an established yet still growing Altnet where you will lead a small but specialist team and own the design and asset management of their optical network and passive infrastructure?

Perhaps you are already working in a role that involves managing operational design, planning and asset management teams within an FTTH / FTTP / FTTX or telecoms carrier network environment and are now looking to make that step up into a "Head of" role?

An opportunity for someone who wants to own the strategy, policies, planning and assurance and will lead and manage the production of requirements and acceptance criteria for engineering and delivery works.

If of interest then we would love to discuss your knowledge of CDM (Principal Designer and Designer roles), FTTP Design techniques and components including PIA, XGS–PON as well as FTTP building methodologies and related supplier and project management processes. Also your approach to Quality Assurance in an engineering and operational context, and how you lead projects and improvement activities that deliver a step–change in behaviour and business outcomes.
