This business offer a hybrid flexible working policy.Your new role.As Head of Finance and Analytics, you will be the number in Finance in Europe, working closely with the MD to maximise the performance of this growing business.This is a varied role which will cover traditional month end, financial control, but also you will use financial analysis, data analytics to capture market share and drive the success of the business Further duties will include leading a team, overseeing payroll, budgeting and forecasting and preparing for audit.You will form a key partnership with the Managing Director and will be involved in key strategic decisions and projects. You will champion technology to improve the performance of the business What you'll need to succeedYou will be a qualified Accountant, ACA, CIMA or ACCA with financial control and commercial financial analysis experience. You will have the ability to lead a team and think strategically. Ideally you will have worked in a online, retail or product based business in a fast paced environment.
