About the Role

At BJSS Consulting we help clients define and deliver their business strategy. We bring innovative digital thinking and have experience of the newest and most exciting technologies.

We offer consultancy services across our core propositions and specialise in advising and supporting organisations to transform; from strategy and innovation to performance improvement and operational execution. We deliver our assignments using multi–disciplinary teams who accelerate and de–risk the path from idea to value.

As part of the Programme Consulting team you will be engaging with the UK's leading companies at an operational and strategic level. You will be working with CxOs as a strategic partner to help provide structure, knowledge and insight into the best methods to deliver their corporate change agenda. This typically involves taking a business objective through programme discovery through to completion, using a mix of agile and traditional programme management techniques. You will be expected to manage large programmes of client work alongside building highly productive and effective cross functional teams.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll be able to evidence:

  • A passion for leading programme or portfolio delivery for clients and customers
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
  • A natural collaborative approach to your work, able to bring consensus within challenging stakeholder groups
  • An excellent understanding of the mechanisms and tools to manage the successful delivery of business objectives at CxO level
  • Detailed understanding of risk and issue management
  • Enthusiasm and comprehensive understanding of the business and technological landscape and an ability to translate that knowledge to solve client problems
  • Demonstrated ability of managing large scale programmes or portfolios of work concurrently
  • A positive attitude, strong team ethos and ability to work in a flexible environment
