The Recruitment Group is hiring a Control Systems Engineer for our client as UK's airports and Logistics market sectors.Job Title: Control Systems EngineeringLocation: HU7 0DRSalary: – GBP Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30 am –5.00 pm)The BusinessThe Company for 100 years, of which Airport Technologies is a key division, has pioneered the development of material handling solutions. The plant in Hull provides sales, engineering, manufacturing, installation, and services for airport baggage and material handling systems in the airports and Logistics market sectors in UK.As a Control Systems Engineer,
  • you will be responsible for full project lifecycle delivery of control systems that comply with current legislation, applicable national, international and company standards, and user requirements,
  • Reporting to the Engineering Manager,
  • you will work with and when necessary lead a team of experienced (designers and software) control system engineer to successfully deliver a project.
As a Control Systems Engineer candidate, you should possess;
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent in an engineering discipline
  • Higher / Ordinary level certificates in an engineering discipline
  • Conversant with regulations and standards relating to materials handling solutions
  • LV Design: Distribution systems, Control Assemblies and Installations. VFD design and commissioning
  • LLC systems design: Controls system architecture, fieldbus Technologies and their application
  • Software: PLC based control: TIA, S7, JAVA, C, and others design and commissioning
  • HLC systems design: SCADA/HMI WMS SAC design and commissioning
  • Simulation and emulations systems design and application
  • Multi–layer Ethernet based Network solutions design and commissioning
  • Demonstrable experience of commissioning: BHS, HBS, TTS, WMS, SAC, ASRS
  • Project management qualification and membership of professional body
