Group Accounting Manager (Interim)

Interim Group Accounting Manager, qualified Accountant, 9 months FTC, Northampton/Hybrid, to GBP65,000

Our client, a well–established, highly reputable, international organisation, is seeking a Group Accounting Manager to join their efficient UK team on a contract basis. The role is responsible for reporting the group financial results, whilst working in partnerships with multiple sites and teams to adhere to required financial deadlines.

As the Group Accounting Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the consolidated group accounts, whilst liaising with Group Auditors
• Taking lead in control and reporting of actual results
• Tax reporting, statutory reporting and management reconciliations
• Supervision of accounting policies, including monitoring IFRS

For the Group Accounting Manager, we are looking for someone who is qualified and experience in a leadership position would be desirable. You must also be highly IT literate and have a flexible attitude to prioritising projects.

This individual will also be self–motivated and pro–active, with the ability to work towards business deadlines.

This role offers a flexible, hybrid working pattern with a split between both office and remote working.
