An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join a successful, privately owned, and highly respected M&E Building Services contractor.

With a turnover approaching 60m, our client provides Mechanical and Electrical Building Services from design, through to supply, installation and commissioning to various sectors including Commercial, Banks, Data Centres, and Office fit–out.

Mechanical Project Manager

• You will need to be an experienced Mechanical Project Manager, or similar role i.e. Mechanical Contracts Manager, with a successful track record of managing and delivering projects on time and within budget
• Previous experience in managing commercial projects from 2m+
• Financial management of the project and working to budgets set
• Management of the site team
• Experienced in dealing with Main Contractors
• Strong commercial and financial acumen
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Excellent clients facing skills
• Industry Standard HVAC / Heating and Plumbing, or Mechanical Engineering / Building Services Qualifications and Certificates

Remuneration Package – Mechanical Project Manager

• Base salary: 60k – 70k depending on experience
