Located in Hammersmith, London, our client is part of the international sales organization and establishes the direct connection between customers and production companies. They guarantee the best support and competent solutions from a single source, without detours for customers in the UK.
Position summary:
They are looking for an experienced, German speaking assistant who will manage all administrative responsibilities for the Managing Director in their London office. Responsibilities include coordination of all financial, operational and management reporting and communication, as well as key management metric monitoring. This position is required to work with highly sensitive and confidential business and staff information, and works closely with their headquarters in Austria.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Managing Director in all administrative and organizational tasks
- Preparation of the yearly budget and monthly internal financial reports alongside the MD
- Preparation of monthly accounts and quarterly statements
- Office Management (travel management, facility management, event co–ordination, management of post and office supplies, IT)
- Preparation, negotiation and processing of contracts (utilities, insurance, etc.)
What they are looking for:
- Technically literate & good understanding of Microsoft Office, SAP and CRM (Salesforce)
- At least 3 years of experience as a PA, in accounting or finance
- Bachelor s degree is considered a plus
- Willingness for permanent learning
- Intellectually curious with a problem solving attitude
- Enthusiasm for a demanding industrial product and technical understanding
- Outstanding communication skills written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal
- Fluent in both English and German
- Motivated self–starter with hands on mentality
- Able to analyze data effectively and efficiently
