Interim HR Manager (day rate or contract) – 3 to 6 months initially, potential of permanent position thereafterPay: GBP250–300 per day Location: Office based in Green Park, Reading, with parking available

Reed HR are partnering with an impressive global technology organisation as they seek an immediately avaialble, experienced HR Manager to join them on an interim basis for 3 to 6 months, with the potential to be made permanent thereafter for the suitable individual.

The HR Manager will be standalone in the UK with a counterpart in Ireland, reporting to the HR Lead based in the US, and responsible for a mixture of strategic initiatives within the business, but also responsible for the day to day operational requirements within HR, including:

– Key standalone contact for all HR matters within the UK and EMEA for a total of c.300 staff – Providing managers and employees with first rate employment law advice, ensuring the business remains compliant at all times– Managing day to day employee relations issues, including performance reviews, performance management, grievance, disciplinary, terminations and management of absence and sickness – Ensuring the companies business objectives are communicated with employees from a people standpoint– Management of general day to day HR matters including onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle administration

This organisation are looking for a strong standalone HR professional who is comfortable in taking ownership for all aspects of HR for this thriving business. You will be happy to be involved at all levels within the business, dealing with stakeholders of all seniorities.

You'll be autonomous in your work style, able to be versatile and adapt very quickly to new challenges and situations. This organisation are going through a significant amount of change, and so if you have experience of organisational change management, this would prove advantageous.

It is preferred that candidates have a solid generalist HR background, ideally with the CIPD Level 5 qualification as a minimum.

It is essential that you are available at short notice for this position, as the organisation would like the successful candidate to be in place by the end of November, early part of December.
