Interim HR Business Partner

We are currently working alongside a globally leading FTSE 100 organisation in their search for an Interim HR business partner. This contract will run for an initial 6– month period with a view to extend for at least another 6 months and is paying GBP500–GBP650 p/d (outside IR35) whilst operating on a hybrid working model.

Our client are looking for an experienced HRBP to provide leadership, operational excellence and strong M&A expertise. This individual will support the leadership team and will be happy to get involved in all aspects of HR transformation.

Experience required:

• M&A experience is essential for this role.
• 5+ years of proven experience working as a Senior HRBP.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to guide and influence and the confidence to challenge current practices appropriately where required
• Able to communicate clearly and articulately with all stakeholders throughout the business
• Good working knowledge of local employment law and HR best practice
