Operations Director

Flux Consulting are delighted to bring this new and exclusive psotion to the market. Working in direct partnership with their leadership team, we are looking to appoint an Operations Director, to head up their new base of operations in Matlock, Derbyshire.

This is a new senior management position, due to natural growth and expansion into new territories for organisation.

Ideally, we are looking for a highly analytical leader to join our senior leadership team. You will be responsible for leading the company's day–to–day business operations (managing the company budget, ensuring operational compliance is followed, and addressing administrative issues).

Main responsibilities

• Measure the effectiveness of all processes (budget, operations, and management, etc.)
• Lead and develop business strategic growth and across all commercial activities
• Responsible for delivering high level projects within with in sectors of Education, Care and Blue industries.

Qualifications

• Looking for candidates that have at least 10 years plus proven management experience within a design property management related business.
• Experience in Project management, value management and strong local supply chain management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

This is pivotal role for the business and the responsibilities will be high, however, in return there is fantastic package on offer for the successful candidate.
