The Role:
- The Firm are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Senior Solicitor to join their offices in Newcastle, with hybrid working in place
- Earning Legal 500 accreditation, the Commercial Property department collectively possess extensive knowledge on a full spectrum of transactions and developments, with clients ranging from well-known investors and SMEs to private individuals across the retail, sports and hospitality industries
- To align with this, you will manage a diverse caseload, including sales & purchases, landlord & tenant, lease agreements, property development & investment and rural property work
- As a Senior Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to support the more junior members of the team and build up your own client base within the sectors of your choice
- In return, you can expect to receive plenty of opportunities to further progress within the team towards director and partner level
The Ideal Candidate:
- An experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with 5 to 8 years PQE
- Strong business development capabilities & an entrepreneurial flair
