Finance Manager Operations

Our client, a leading South West organisation, is looking for an experienced & motivated Finance Manager to supervise and develop the accounting team responsible for providing accounting services to a specialist operational area.

It is critical that the team produce effective and accurate accounting information, and offer practical support to non–finance colleagues, whilst balancing cash collection requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity if you enjoy technical accounting work and are seeking to lead a small team.

Day to day responsibilities include:

• Supervision and development of the finance team, including annual performance reviews.
• Suggesting and implementing efficiency improvements, when dealing with high volumes of data.
• Problem solving and supporting the remedy of complex reconciliation.
• Supporting non finance colleagues.

You will need to be a skilled Finance Manager, an excellent relationship builder, with a recognised accounting qualification and post qualification management experience.

Superb communication and the ability to work effectively to deadlines are essential.
