Hunter Mason's client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their business on a freelance/sub contract basis.
The role is likely to last around 12–18 months paying upto GBP500 per day!
The applying candidate must have Construction based qualifications and experience in listed buildings.
You need to be able to access Norwich once or twice a week at least, so it is hybrid working if they would like it.
Leading the project management of key enterprise infrastructure and urban regeneration projects.
Duties include:
- Preparing project briefs, business plans and specifications for the procurement of services
- Preparing options appraisals to compare delivery mechanisms
- Producing a programme of works for the redevelopment of buildings such as Townsend House as a Digital Hub and other individual works within the programme.
- Preparing monthly highlight reports to monitor project against budget, timescale and quality
- Establishing and maintaining risk registers and issues logs
- Managing the project budget in line with the Towns' Fund project team.
