Are You Up To The Challenge?
As the Director of HR you ll be overseeing the HR and Talent Acquisition activities, developing, planning and strategizing all of the HR and Talent Acquisition efforts.

What Does The Job Actually Involve?
- Executive accountability for development, planning and strategy for all HR and Talent Acquisition activities across the business.
- Building and managing an extensive, multidisciplinary team.
- Being an expert at defining and executing effective HR and Talent Acquisition strategies.
- Driving operational efficiency of the team by defining HR and Talent Acquisition processes, and implementing tools to facilitate operation at scale.
- Working closely with department heads to ensure their team members are performing optimally, and provide coaching and mentoring when needed.
- Keeping abreast of the latest techniques and strategies in HR.
- Adopting a data driven approach, closely monitoring and reporting on KPIs across all aspects of HR and Talent Acquisition.
- Adopting an experimental approach to seek out new methods and channels to help keep our team one step ahead of the competition
Your Hard Skills
- At least 5 years experience as a Vice President of HR, HR Director or equivalent senior HR leadership role with responsibility for at least 500 highly skilled staff
- Charismatic and exceptional people management skills
- Excellent organisational skills, able to juggle multiple priorities and projects
- Exceptional data driven methods relating to HR and Talent Acquisition
- Proactive with a proven track record of implementing positive changes
