Looking for a hard-working and ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor, with ideally between one and perhaps four or more years strong PQE, gained from a City or large regional practice or potentially if you're already working locally at another well-regarded firm in the South Wales region.
Work quality on offer is second to none, including the opportunity to get involved in high profile and large scale projects in the transport and infrastructure sectors for example. You will advise clients on acquisitions, disposals, leases, easements, transfers, licences and bespoke development agreements. Every day really is different with lots to get involved in for the first time !
Even at an early stage in your career you will be encouraged to develop your own relationships with clients, and there are exceptional prospects for quick personal progression within the team.
