The Role:
  • The firm are looking for a Real Estate Associate to join the firm's vibrant office in Newcastle, with hybrid working in place
  • Earning high accreditation in the Legal 500, the Real Estate department are widely regarded for their strengths in high-value transactions for national & regional clients across the retail, hospitality & healthcare sectors
  • To align with this, your caseload will cover all facets of complex real estate work, including acquisitions and disposals, development work, landlord and tenant, and real estate finance
  • As an Associate, you will also be closely mentored with a high degree of investment as you develop into a well-established Real Estate lawyer, with strong prospects to progress through the ranks


The Ideal Candidate:
  • A qualified Real Estate Solicitor from NQ to 4 years PQE
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A team player with excellent attention to detail
