Our client is a growing Legal 100 firm seeking a solicitor to join their dynamic and globally renowned Corporate team.
You will be given an opportunity to manage a varied caseload of corporate matters including company acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, private company reorganisations and setting up corporate structures.
Ideally, you will be a solicitor with NQ-4 years' PQE and corporate background. You will fit right in if you are an enthusiastic and commercially astute team player with strong relationship-building skills.
