About the Role:
The Business Development Director will drive new business opportunities across all of Xeinadin's sectors and service areas. Main tasks will include:
- Driving and increasing business revenue, identifying and developing new opportunities and building and expanding the presence of Xeinadin in the market
- Identifying new markets and emerging trends and recommending new products and services
- Help to develop new and existing marketing strategies
- Preparing and delivering tenders and proposals to win new business
- Developing new strategic partnerships
- Expanding relationships with new and existing clients
- Building and leading the BD team (currently x5 people)
- Partnering with hub leaders and the group marketing function
- Regular travel across UK and Ireland regularly
About You:
- 8 years+ experience in a Business Development/senior field sales role
- Exposure to a professional services environment
- Ideally some experience in the Accountancy space
- Proven track record of increasing revenue and achieving agreed metrics
- Excellent communicator
- Strong and demonstrable stakeholder management skills
- Good people management experience
- Ability to coach and upskill teams
