Our client is urgently looking for an experienced IT Senior Business Analyst to join their team based in Hertfordshire, on a permanent basis and you will be working closely with the Senior Management Team

Experience (Background that supports the role)

• Microsoft office development background.
• Senior Business Analyst experience, which might be a formal qualification or qualification by suitable experience, minimal of 5 years.
• Experience of dealing with senior management, whether that is to support decision making such as business cases and plans, or in terms of reporting progress/status.
• Managing a team and hit the ground running

Knowledge (Technical expertise, how)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, participating in workshops to help gather requirements, and producing technical documentation.
• Keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• An enthusiasm for getting the job done without compromising accuracy or quality.
• Able to work in a close–knit team both office–based and remote, whilst also being self–motivated and able to use your own initiative.
• To be considerate of the bigger picture and the wider implications and opportunities of the projects that you are involved in.
