HR Business Partner

We are pleased to be working in partnership with a leading business in the appointment of an HR Business Partner to be based at their Head Office in Suffolk.Reporting to the HR Director, the role will work alongside a team of HR Partners and play a key part in the delivery of the People Strategy whilst delivering a customer focused and commercial HR service to the organisation. The successful candidate will have hands on experience within an HR generalist role whilst also supporting people through change. You will have a collaborative approach, with the drive and confidence to integrate and influence a variety of stakeholders including the senior management team. You will be solutions focused, with the capability to juggle varying priorities in a fast paced environment. Are you

• CIPD level 7 or equivalent experience
• Full UK Driver's license
• Extensive generalist HR experience
• Knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
• People focused with great interpersonal skills
• Analytical thinker and results driven
• Resilience and ability to prioritise
• Additional experience in delivering Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, or Wellbeing programmes would be advantageous.
