A high–growth SaaS firm have retained Finatal on their search for a CFO having recently received Private Equity investment. With GBP20m t/o and GBP5m EBITDA , the firm are looking to scale to GBP100m over the next 3–5 years through a fast paced buy and build. Having already identified potential acquisition targets over Europe and the Americas, the CEO is seeking a highly commercial/strategic CFO to act as a business partner and play a pivotal role in the firm's strategy and success.
The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of SaaS KPI's and Metrics whilst also having a background in private equity leveraged environments.
- Must be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Implement key SaaS metrics around ARR, LTV, CAC, Churn
- Worked alongside PE/VC in a growth setting
- Strong leadership skills
- Led a successful secondary buyout or exit to trade
