Business Analyst

Location: Based at client locations, working remotely or based in our Godalming or Milton Keynes offices.

Salary: 60,000 to 65,000 per annum, plus company benefits.

Triad Group Plc is an IT consultancy company, and we are looking to complement our team with an experienced Business Analyst.

As a Business Analyst at Triad, you will play a significant role in our client assignments. You will build relationships with clients, defining the scope, objectives, and benefits of the products we build for them. You will gain the trust of end users to elicit quality requirements and business processes and deliver exemplary business analysis throughout the full product lifecycle as part of an effective, collaborative team.

Key Requirements:

Essential

  • Successful and collaborative member of Agile delivery teams.
  • Talented relationship builder with clients, stakeholders, and end users.
  • Rigorous analytical thinker, which you apply to the definition of MVP, epics and user stories.
  • Able to delve into a toolkit of appropriate techniques and methods to use at different project stages, business domains and delivery environments.
  • Business–focused, helping clients define, measure, and realise objectives and benefits.
  • Effective communicator who can explain the 'why' as well as the 'what' to clients and colleagues alike.
  • Motivated to deliver high–quality outcomes in all assignments.

Nice to have

  • Consultancy experience or working in multiple business domains.
  • Scrum Agile coaching experience.
  • Product owner or proxy product owner experience.
  • Waterfall project delivery experience.
  • Active contributor to communities of practice.
  • Government/Public Sector project experience.
  • Active Security Clearance (e.g., SC, DV, NPPV).

Our selection process

After applying for the role, our in–house talent team will make direct contact with you to introduce Triad, discuss the role, and gather some basic information from you. If you satisfy the requirements for the role and are keen to proceed, we submit your application and CV for review. If shortlisted, we will invite you for an interview with our Head of BA & UX. This will include a career review, explore mutual cultural fit, and give you an opportunity to ask questions. Successful applicants will then be called for a workshop and interview session with two of our principal consultants, for which a candidate pack will be provided beforehand. This is divided into 2 segments, a 1–hour workshop and a 40–minute traditional Q&A session, and a further opportunity for you to ask questions. Occasionally there will be a final stage interview with our Client Services Director. We expect to be interviewing and progressing candidates through to the offer stage within 2–3 weeks of the initial conversation.
