It is our pleasure to support our Management consultancy client in their search for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner with a background working in Management Consultancy to join them in a full time permanent basis

Proven success working in a TA role in Management Consultancy is essential for this role

2–3 days a week office based

In this role, you will source qualified contract resources aligned with project requirements, coordinate hiring processes, and conduct advanced interviews.

The role

• Consult with managers and HR to determine their hiring needs
• Find qualified candidates through job sites, databases, and networking.
• Liaise and manage the preferred suppliers list
• Help establish connections with professional groups, communities and other organizations
• Candidate selection and presentation to hiring managers
• Assist hiring teams in interviewing candidates using different methods (e.g. structured interviews, behavioural interviews)
• Manage offers and the contract process
• Produce reports on recruitment metrics and hiring progress
• Provide on boarding assistance to new employees
• Develop a network of contract talent by maintaining our internal database of current and potential contractors

About you

• Hands–on experience in the entire recruitment life cycle
• Ability to work at pace and with ambiguity
• Experience managing multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Recruiting experience in the US and Middle East would be beneficial
• Experience of hiring Contractor resources within short time scales
• Knowledge of effective hiring practices (e.g. social media recruiting)
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong decision–making skills
