Elementa are recruiting for a full time head of IT Services for a large Bristol based academy trust. The role will be mainly based at the Trust's main offices in the Mangotsfield area of Bristol, but will require travelling to all sites within the Trust frequently.

The ideal candidate would have experience in a technical or service management background, you will be highly organised and an excellent communicator with a strong understanding of IT as a provision. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to instigate and implement changes and future strategy development of the IT infrastructure. The ability to lead and manage the IT department, being able to set clear objectives and maximise the potential of the department and its team members, is also essential.
