Interim Procurement Manager to support the Procurement Lead within Corporate Services function of a growing Public Sector organisation in an exciting period of change and development.

Our client are a Public Sector funded organisation based out of Leeds who are looking to expand their Professional and Corporate Services function.
Description
Role of the Procurement Manager
- Oversee the end to end tender procurement process within Professional/Corporate Services including
- Report directly in to the Corporate Services Lead
- Professional Services – HR, legal, consultancy, specialist research, Recruitment, Pension and Contingent Labour
- Corporate Services: travel, courier, stationery, hire cars, office furniture, soft FM
- Use your expert knowledge of Public Sector regulations to guide stakeholders through the process
Profile
The successful Procurement Manager
- Expert in Public Sector Regulations
- MCIPS qualification desirable
- Ability to manage and challenge difficult stakeholders
- Manage complex procurements
- Background exposure to financial services will be beneficial but not essential
Job Offer
On offer to the successful Procurement Manager
- 550 – 575 per day Inside IR35
- 6 months initial contract
- Full remote working
