Business Development Manager

We are currently supporting a fast–growing Private Equity backed Financial Services business who are looking to expand their team and hire a Business Development Manager. Based in Birmingham and offering a salary between 25,000– 27,000 plus a realistic first year OTE of 50,000 with the top earners achiving 70,000 plus.

Working within the R&D tax space you will be contacting the decision makers of businesses explaining how you can help the business get tens of thousands of pounds completely on a no win no fee basis. You'll be consultative in your sales approach and not afraid of completely cold, standing start sales – we do have inbound strategies though to help you along the way.

Business Development Manager Package:

• Basic Salary Between 25,000– 27,000
• Uncapped commission with realistic first year OTE of 50,000
• Car Allowance plus use of fuel car for visits
• Equity bonus for every 12 months of service
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
• Regular social and team events

Ideal Candidate:

• 2 years' experience in B2B or BDM role
• you'll need access to a car and a full licence, as the role is mainly based around Face 2 Face meetings and networking
• ability to manage your own time and build your own desk
