Corporate Finance Manager

This company are embarking on an exciting phase of growth over the coming years and this person will add significant value to the wider team and owners as they aim to drive value through accurate and insightful analysis. The team have a fantastic and dynamic culture who really look after their employees! They are based from Oxford Street in central London 4 days a week with 1 day from home!

Responsibilities of the Corporate Finance Manager will include;

Oversight and ownership of the FP&A function – manage individuals responsible for FP&A throughout the group, and all aspects of forecasting, budgeting and modelling
Development of best–in–class treasury management solution for the company and its associated entities, ensuring available funds are accurately forecast, allowing other teams to utilise resources efficiently
Ownership of ad–hoc project accounting, gaining an in–depth understanding of projects and facilitating in the production and management of financial models
Production of insightful, timely and accurate management reporting
Production and oversight on regulatory reporting, including the development of the ICAAP report into the new ICARA.
Critically review all existing processes, recommending and implementing enhanced processes where appropriate to ensure that robust processes and controls are embedded to allow for a nil error environment.

The ideal Corporate Finance Manager will have;

Relevant accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
Extensive experience in an FP&A role or similar position
Experience of setting and overseeing functional budgets and cost control
Experience of cash management including maintaining banking relationships
Experience of developing and maintaining financial analyses
Strong analytical and decision–making abilities
