Finance Manager

Due to a number of recent acquisitions Talk Staff are supporting a multi–site manufacturing business in Nottingham to recruit a Finance Manager. This is a newly created position that will report to the UK Commercial Finance Director and lead a team of 4 Finance Business Partners.

This is a high profile appointment for the business that will be responsible for driving profitability across a number UK sites. You must be comfortable in a fast paced and demanding environment with experience of managing the finances of multiple manufacturing operations.

The role:

• Analysing and improving gross margin across the group
• Managing a team of 4 qualified Finance BP s
• Overseeing the Financial systems management
• Looking after all aspects of Margin Management across the group
• Standardisation of Gross Margin and Product Costing across the group
• Recommending and implementing new systems
• Driving Gross Margin improvement

To be considered for the role, you ll require the following essentials:

• Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with 5+ years of PQE in a manufacturing environment
• Advanced excel skills
• Excellent ERP knowledge
• In–depth experience of product costing
• Managing a high performing finance team

Salary & Working Hours

Salary is GBP65,000 GBP75,000p/a + Car Allowance + Bonus

Working hours are Monday Friday 9am 5pm with hybrid/remote working

Some travel required to across the UK when required

Hybrid working option available
