This opportunity is to join our Business and Industry team who engage with household brand names across multiple sectors to deliver environmental, operational and commercial value for their stakeholders.
This role will suit a high energy individual who is driven, a self–starter and with the vision and commercial skills to create solutions and written proposals that are compelling to all parties. Targeting and working with blue–chip organisations, you will be developing relationships, identifying mutual opportunities, creating solutions and negotiating contracts and frameworks. This role is ideal for a successful and experienced individual looking to accelerate their sales career with significant opportunity to grow and develop quickly in parallel with the company's trajectory.
Ideal Candidate
You will ideally have a robust track record of selling outsourced solutions into the commercial and industry sector, but are now ready to take the next step. We will provide training and coaching to support your development and career ambitions.
Tenacious with a result driven attitude.
Understand a sales process that is 'solution' led with the tenacity to deliver follow–up actions
Confidence and gravitas to start meaningful conversations with the right people.
Great communication skills at corporate level.
Demonstrable track record of working with and consistently overachieving challenging targets.
Methodical approach to new business generation
Accountability and ownership of relationships and driving value for all parties
The Role
Targeting an identified customer base to develop into significant revenue generation.
Continually remain abreast of developments within the sectors and businesses.
National, home–based role – we are flexible on location across England.
Travel and overnight stays as and when required.
