The Role:
- This is a highly rewarding opportunity for a Banking & Finance Senior Associate to join the firm's dynamic office in Newcastle, with hybrid working in place
- The Legal 500 ranked Banking team handle a broad range of cross-border financings for a variety of high street banks, national government bodies and large private companies
- To align with this, you will manage a diverse caseload covering all aspects of banking transactions, including acquisition & structured finance, leveraged transactions, real estate finance, restructuring & asset finance
- As a Senior Associate, you will also have the opportunity to mentor the junior members of the team and build your own client base up within the sectors of your choice
- In return, you can expect to receive plenty of opportunities to further progress within the team towards director and partner level

- An experienced Banking Solicitor with 5 to 8 years PQE
