The Role:
- This is a highly progressive opportunity for a Banking & Finance Associate to join the firm's vibrant office in Newcastle, with hybrid working in place
- The Legal 500 ranked Banking team handle a broad range of cross-border financings for a variety of high street banks, national government bodies and large private companies
- To align with this, you will have a diverse caseload covering all aspects of banking transactions, including acquisition & structured finance, leveraged transactions, real estate finance, restructuring & asset finance
- As an Associate, you will also assist the senior members of the team with their more complex caseload and get involved in business development
