The role

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join us and be a part of a truly exciting, interesting and prominent global business. Working in the corporate head office supporting the EA to the CEO you will play an integral part in day–to–day operations.

This role will provide administrative support to the team as a whole, and will have experience in a similar role and be able to hit the ground running and thrive in a fast, global business which is going through an exciting period of change.

What will I be doing?

Support the delivery of a high quality administrative support service to the CEO Office with limited supervision and guidance and works within clearly defined procedures. Support includes:

  • Complex diary management across multiple time zones
  • Meeting minutes – accurately transcribing notes and audio recordings
  • Global travel and logistics
  • Expenses management (experience with Concur is advantageous)
  • Booking visitors and meeting rooms
  • Document formatting to a high professional standard – capable of release to Executive level and external customers and partners

Act as an ambassador for the CEO office and the wider team, delivering a high standard of customer service communicating with tact and diplomacy at all times, taking accurate messages and passing them on to the appropriate person in a timely manner.

Provide ad–hoc support for the Plc Board of Directors when required

Support the Executive Assistant to CEO on additional projects and tasks where required

Key Competencies:

  • Ability to communicate confidently with a range of people
  • Ability to work within procedures with limited supervision and guidance
  • Good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications including SharePoint
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to multi–task
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proactive with a 'can do' attitude and the desire to go the extra mile

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Some experience working in a busy corporate environment

Desirable:

  • Demonstrable business administration experience equivalent to NVQ Level 3
