Do you have Digital Transformation Programme experience and are seeking a new job in Hertfordshire? Deerfoot IT Recruitment is helping a collaborative company recruit a Transformation Programme Manager, and the role comes with an attractive salary of up to GBP80,000 p/a and a benefits package.

As Transformation Programme Manager, you will work within the Technology Department, reporting to the Head of Technology Transformation and Projects. The purpose of this role is to both define and direct all aspects of a major technology transformation programme in our wholesale division, supporting our internal and external partner teams to achieve the agreed business outcomes.

Key skills required:

• Solid background in delivering practical large–scale project or programmes.
• Demonstrable experience leading digital transformation change programmes
• Proven history of delivering projects and programmes within the agreed time, cost, and quality expectations

In your first few weeks in this Transformation Programme Manager role, you can expect to:

• Actively manage stakeholder relationships, building confidence and trust with clear professional communication
• Engage with key stakeholders to identify programme objectives, outcomes, workstreams, resources and the detail of products to be delivered
• Ensure roles and responsibilities are clearly defined with both internal and external teams and suppliers
• Ensure approved programme management plans are in place and maintained
