Business Analyst - Payroll

Job Title: Business Analyst (Payroll)

Salary: Up to GBP50,000 per annum

Duration: 12 months

Location: Warwick with hybrid working (two days in the office)

Job description: We are recruiting for a Business Analyst for an innovative and driven organisation based in the Warwick area.

You will be expected to:

• Identify and deliver service improvement activity across the business
• Use process improvement methodology to explore system configuration to streamline processes
• Eliminate unnecessary complexity and reduce processing time
• Use Six–Sigma tool to reduce the payroll processing time by 50%
• Work with key business stakeholders to build a continuous improvement environment
• Work closely with the Payroll Manager, Payroll change and Process Lead as well as Onshore and Offshore teams to drive and implement change

The ideal candidate will:

• Have strong leadership skills
• Have SAP ECC experience
• Be able to demonstrate recent experience identifying and implementing process improvements
• Have good communication skills with a strong sense of urgency
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be a member of Chartered Institute of Payroll (CIPP)
