HR Director

A rare and exciting opportunity to join an ever growing technology company as their HR Director has become available on a full time permanent basis. Key responsibilities for the HR Director:

• Supporting with the Recruitment across the company
• Leading the employee engagement
• Onboarding new staff members at a senior level and defining onboarding procedures
• Ensuring all policies are correct and up to date
• M&A, Including integration and TUPE management
• General payroll duties and sign off
• Employee Relations including escalations
• HR Operations
• Managing a small team geographically dispersed

Key skills for the HR Director:

• Must have experience in a technology company
• Strong HR experience is essential, ideally with CIPD Level 7
• Demonstrable experience being adaptable in an ever changing environment
• Experience managing a small team
