Delivery Lead – Agile – Outside IR35 – Hybrid Working (Flexible)
Our client are currently looking to hire an Agile Delivery Lead to join the team on an Outside IR35 contract basis. This role would involve some hybrid working in a London based office, this will be flexible.
The client are looking for an Agile Delivery Lead to manage the implementation of Digital and Technology projects across the organisation. In this role you will manage the storage of all information relevant to the work, timelines and communication plans.
Key Accountabilities:
- Create and own master project plan for the digital projects assigned.
- Be responsible for managing and tracking project plans, risk and issue logs and sprint backlogs as required.
- Be conversant with both Waterfall and Agile project management techniques and how they can work harmoniously together as complimentary concepts.
- Effectively translate complex technical details ensuring they are accurately communicated to non–technical stakeholders.
Role Skills:
- Confident in Agile development management methodologies.
- CMS rollout experience would be advantageous.
- Analysing requirements with the sponsor/stakeholders, defining specification, planning, revising, implementing and evaluating small to large, low to high–risk delivery.
- Add value, guide and coach your team and organisation through the delivery processes.
- Ability to maintain delivery pace.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Varied knowledge and demonstrable experience of delivery/project management in an Agile environment.
- Ability to liaise with senior management stakeholders, business users, PMO Programme level colleagues managing third party suppliers to deliver suitable solutions.
- Experience of both infrastructure and product projects highly desirable and any CMS rollout experience would advantageous.
- Understand the fundamentals of the Agile framework (such as iterative development using incremental delivery).
- Experience of using MS Project and/or other formal planning tools such as Word, Excel templates, and PowerPoint presentations to create project plan.
- An Agile Project Management qualification, Degree level qualification or equivalent are desirable
