1. I am currently recruiting for the position of a Project Director for a one of my clients a Construction Main Contractor based in the Birmingham area. The Project Director will be expected to manage the programme, professional team, design input, planning management overall delivery of the project. Salary range is between 80K – 100K plus package this it will be based on the experience.

New build over 500new homes and offices /commercial floor space of 1,724sq 6 new blocks ranging from to 26 storeys with a car parking
