THE ROLE
We have a role for a Solicitor 5+ PQE to handle a broad ranging role covering data protection and banking work
This will include.
Overseeing Data Governance matters
Keeping abreast of Data Protection obligations and ensuring internal processes and procedures are updated
Banking work will include assisting with the preparation /drafting of documentation
Review of existing documents in relation to completed transactions
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for the varied role, you will have c 5+ PQE, experience of handling GDPR including assessments of ISAs and DPIAS. Gained from working in a law firm or in house in a financial institution
You will be ready to step up into a business facing role role
