Contracts Manager - Hybrid - Christchurch
Our client, a leading defence solutions business, is looking for a commercially astute Contracts Manager to join their global business.
We are looking for a professional Contracts Manager with a proven track record of providing advice in (and strategic direction of) the review and negotiation of commercial contracts, bids and RFPs within a global shared services model.
As a Contracts Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the compliance with existing contractual policies, procedures and operating practices implemented by the business.
You will be also working on a variety of complex bids that may require integrating proposals from third parties subcontractors and other potential vendors.
You will be a resourceful legal professional, expert problem solver and with a keen eye for detail with some experience either in an in-house team or a firm.

Required
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a degree in an equivalent discipline
- Proven track record in negotiation of domestic and international commercial contracts of various complexity either in-house or in practice
