About the role

The Principal Systems Engineer will support the A400M Senior Responsible Officer's Team in delivering Acceptance Case reports and associated information to enable capabilities to be graduated to the Front Line.

You provide support to the Air Mobility Air Capability Delivery Team in providing technical expertise in cross–DLOD capability acceptance and management.

Due to our teams performance we have also been trusted to work on other air platforms.

What do I need?

The Principal Systems Engineer must have knowledge / experience within the Defence Industry, preferably within the air domain but this is not essential.

You must have knowledge / experience within Systems Engineering.

What will I be doing?

• The Principal Systems Engineer will be responsible as the delivery lead for Through Life Decision Support.
• You will be working closely with Decision Support team members, Project Manager, and Project Engineer to deliver outputs to time, cost & quality.
• The Principal Systems Engineer will support and mentorship to the Through Life Engineering Decision Support team members.
• You will generate and update A400M requirements documentation.
